Connexxion Telecom & Solutions

Why we do this.

Too much of the technology sold into Nigerian institutions is bought on a brochure and abandoned within a year. Our work starts from the opposite end: what has to keep running on Monday morning.

Our mission

To help public and private sector organisations transform through technology that actually holds — infrastructure they can rely on, platforms built for how they really operate, and people who stay accountable long after the install is signed off.

Our vision

A Nigeria where an institution's ambition is never limited by its technology.

An agency should be able to digitise a permit process without a two-year procurement cycle. A cooperative should be able to see its own books in real time. A growing business should not have to choose between a network that works and one it can afford. We want the technology to be the least interesting part of that story.

What we hold to

Five things we will not trade away.

01

Uptime is the product

A platform nobody can reach has no features. We design for the failure first — redundancy, monitoring and a support rota — and treat availability as the thing being bought, not a line in a contract.

02

We own what we ship

Our three platforms are built in-house rather than resold, so when something needs to change the answer is a roadmap decision, not a support ticket to a vendor in another timezone.

03

Plain language over jargon

Procurement committees and finance directors should be able to follow a proposal without a glossary. If we cannot explain why a piece of infrastructure is needed, it probably is not.

04

On the ground, not offshore

Engineers who can be on site matter more than a global support number. Being based in Abuja and working nationwide means the people accountable for a network can stand in front of it.

05

The right size of solution

The most useful advice we give is often that a client does not need what they came asking for. Validating the strategy before the spend is cheaper for everyone, including us.

In practice

What that means on a contract.

24/7/365 NOC Support

A staffed operations centre, not an answering service.

Nationwide Coverage

Deployment and maintenance across the country, run from Abuja.

Enterprise-Grade SLAs

Response and resolution targets written down and measured.

Next step

Hold us to it.

The fastest way to judge any of this is to put a real problem in front of us and see what comes back.
